We design and build computing hardware sized to the grid capacity a site already has, and instrument it to the standard the European Union applies to facilities twenty-five times larger.
The constraint on compute is interconnection, not silicon.
Grid capacity is where large deployments stop. The Netherlands caps hyperscale grid connections at seventy megawatts and admits new development in three regions only[src]. Amsterdam and Haarlemmermeer added municipal restrictions on top of that in December 2023, driven by a shortage of capacity[src]. Several US states run large-load interconnection procedures that add years before a megawatt is delivered.
A system in the tens to low hundreds of kilowatts is a different procurement entirely. It draws on capacity a building, a campus or an industrial site already holds. It is installed rather than developed.

Every indicator the European Union asks for at five hundred kilowatts, produced at twenty.
Article 12 of the Energy Efficiency Directive places an annual reporting duty on facilities at or above five hundred kilowatts of installed IT power[src]. Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1364 fixes the schema at twenty-four data points[src]. Member States may lower that threshold and may not raise it[src].
Power Usage Effectiveness, Water Usage Effectiveness, Energy Reuse Factor and Renewable Energy Factor[src] come off our systems continuously, against ISO/IEC 30134[src], with the measurement category declared beside every figure[src].

Every system ships ready to join Tenzro for inference, training and model distribution. A node’s detected hardware profile drives the routing layer directly, so a Lab node and a full Rack participate in the same marketplace on the same binary and take work in proportion to measured throughput.
Custom Linux and Windows images, provisioning and support are part of the system, not a separate engagement.
