Common to all three

One accelerator abstraction spans the range. The same runtime targets CUDA, ROCm, SYCL, Metal, Vulkan, QNN and CPU, so a model developed on a Lab node runs on a Rack without being ported, and an Edge module runs a quantised form of the same graph.

Instrumentation is not an option line. Power, thermal and utilisation telemetry is present on every system, exposed through a standard interface, and mapped to the indicators the European Union asks facilities to report.
